The strange thing, IMO, is that the elites have seriously undermined humanity's ability to weather a global catastrophe. All of their policies have only centralized industries and sources for fuel and food. I'm forced to conclude that, if there really is a disaster incoming, then the elites actually want to wipe out as many people as possible.
