However, ideally, we shouldn’t rely on just one program; there should be different software options that support multi-signature, so that, for example, if we have three phones, we could use Cupcake on one, Metrovault on another, and a third option on the third. This way, we would no longer be dependent on HWW wallets and their associated issues, nor on complex multi-signature solutions involving Bitcoin Core and laptops.

Agree. Getting rid of beeing dependent of specialized hardware and single dependencies on one software is a goal we should aim for.
