Might be a sign you are low on thiamine. Suggest giving these a try with a small glass of OJ, about 30 mins before coffee: 1. Objevtive Nutrients ThiActive B (x1) 2. Lifeblud Mag+ (x4) If the anxiety goes away, then it was a sure fire sign you needed B1. Could also be cofactors. I think a lot of people have a selenium deficiency. Might try a brazil nut a day if you can tolerate and see how that effects things. Be sure to get your 1x oysters + liver per week.

I think you might be right. I’ve been taking a low-dose b-complex and magnesium glycinate, but I haven’t been taking my Thiamax. I also finished my Brazil nuts a while ago, finished my liver, and haven’t been having oysters lately. All things I need to get back on top of. It might have been a good time to cycle off caffeine anyways. But when I start back up again, I’ll keep these in mind. Appreciate it brother 🤙
