There could be periods and time where everybody reproducing like rabbits is optimal for the species and the opposite can be true were monogamy producers potentially higher quality offspring.
The first case you can imagine it's similar to spreading laterally and the second vertically, where the offspring can build off the achievements of their ancestors directly. Similar to the quote standing on the shoulders of giants.
So on average having many partners may be very robust for the species but less likely to produce highly specialized offspring.
You see this in the past and today. We control our birth rates in response to external factors.
I think they need to define what good/bad good/evil and why the purpose of both. Then build off the base otherwise everyone just debates over slightly different definitions in different context.

I resonate with Yaron Brook's perspectives on capitalism and individualism, and he articulates them effectively. However, regarding Israel, Ukraine, and global politics, his views stray significantly from reality. Man oh man!
