The default one is based on LND, a more popular implementation in the Go programming language. Core-Lightning is less popular but implemented in C, which should be more efficient on weak computers like Raspberry Pis.

Ok, so 0 balance shows that CL uses different seed compared to existing LND node. But where can I see this new seed?

@Umbrel ☂️ @Blockstream Is there a javascript/typescript package to communicate with Core-Lightning? If you want WoofBot to integrate with the core-lightning app, and send Telegram notifications like it does with LND (notifications for channels being opened/closed, payments being forwarded, invoice creation/settlement, etc.) - please let me know!
