The bummer is that when @strike cancelled their mobile money off and on ramps here in Zambia a small but growing group of folks saving in BTC got scared off of using BTC. I know we shouldn't be platform dependent, but it is a bummer to see. These are folks who need to save in small chunks ~$2 at a time, but now they're feeling rugged by @strike and worse lost appetite for BTC.

Great video Jack. But I wouldn't say a ticket to get out now is 1 btc. People can have a lot less than that to get out. They just need to know it is a route out and that they need to aggressively start saving in it and hopefully earning it directly if possible.

Is there a good off ramp in Zambia? Most of my friends here dont have a bank account. They deal in cash and mobile money. So the real benefit of strike was the mobile money to lighting connection. USDT was a plus but not necessary.
