Yes CallerApp does the same. It was not allowed to record phone calls automatically. So it now provide a link from their site to continue this functionality. WOS can do something like this also.
I backed up and uploaded the APK here for direct installs until I can figure how to add to APK Pure. If you use Apple, I can't help you.
