and secondly, the more serious a moment actually is for Real in Actual Seriousness the more it is entirely crucial to remain as slow and grounded and measured and clear and concise as possible so anything, and i do mean anything, that comes across as sensational or hyperbolic or inflated or dramatic or extremist just reads like advertisement entertainment .. advertainment basically and gets dismissed immediately as loud drunk clowns writing fake fanfiction

which is a really weird choice like just to truly say that it is a really weird choice it has been Actually Pretty Terribly Serious for more than a few years now easily since 2020 especially since october 2023
