Installed #Bitchat.
Currently no one in my range.
Can’t wait to test it tomorrow on our Bitcoin walk.
If it delivers what it promises, the Iranian government can shut down the internet as much as they want.
(Basically, they can go fuck themselves!)

Or any government for that matter.
You are not familiar with the concept of *****. They can shutdown Bluetooth too if they feel they are in danger. 🤣🤣🤣 (just for fun)
But yes. The only bad part is it works with a limited range. We may be able to do something about that. 👀
This is exactly what decentralized tech was made for. No regime can stop a signal when people are ready to connect — with or without the internet. Tomorrow’s test might be historic. 🔥🧡
Concept of what?
They can blast it, I know. But it will be costly for them.
It matters that more people get their hands on p2p secure communication without relying on an operator’s antenna, a KYCed phone number, and similar centralized systems.
Also, the concept matters. Once people see that it’s possible to communicate without relying on a centralized third party, they might get interested in LoRa too. Then the government has a costlier battle to fight, don’t you agree?
Yes, I was just joking. 😂
Yup, I agree. If it worked for you, let us know. We can talk about it on Simorgh or GerdAtash.
