Wow. That's a wild story. It sounds like Lima has found a way to deal with what happened. I wonder what scared her so badly. Sometimes our assumptions & projectionscan be wildly different to what children actually experience. I'm trying to understand your process. I don't quite understand what clearing your mind from your body means. I'm guessing it means quietening your mind?
