What's your setup? I've just used the docker image in the link below, but I'm considering overdoing it a bit with a proper hosting software with monitoring and a website panel I can manage it from. https://github.com/itzg/docker-minecraft-server

I just use the official .jar file that you can run & a systemd service that keeps it running
