Hi, Guys! I would already be using Honey if I didn't have to sign in every time. Sometimes I just wanna have a class without anyone (neither me nor the student) needing to sign in. Vanilla let me do this, but I can't see how to do this with Honey. I only get the 'New Meeting' button when I have signed in with my extension. Thanks in advance for any help. You know I love your awesome product. Screenshot attached below. I have signed in on the window on the right, but I haven't on the left, and you can see that the button is missing

You can create a permanent room one time with nostr login and the just use the room anytime without signin. None of your students have to login either this way. I would name the room something unique so its yours, such as dave-private-class

Also if you are not logged in, you can also type any name into box and you should be able to create a room with a 1hr max limit. We encourage regular users to create a permanent room so they can own it and reuse it

I can't understand how to create a private permanent room. I am using the rooms for classes, so I'd prefer not to be disturbed. I have just made a private room, but it appears on the 'Active Rooms' on the Hive Talk front page, so I can imagine someone walking in on the class.

Noone will be able to get in unless they are whitelisted in the private rooms.

Yes, for the moment that is correct. We are in the process of implementing an easy way for nostr users to be able to invite non nostr users to open rooms and then LOCK them, but it hasn’t been implemented yet.
