It's so simple that you don't need a diagram. The 2 beer cans are at -10KV and the central kinder surprise electrode is at +10KV (but I increase it to -25KV by turning that knob on my HV supply). The kinder surprise electrode is a strip of foil glued to the inside of the plastic shell. That's it! I never managed to get the motor into a vacuum (this was 16 years ago), but I probably could nowadays, as I use an old salad bowl for a vacuum, so it's much bigger. I still have a vacuum pump, but it's very old.
