I make a cannabis tincture and wondering how the Nostr market would take to such profound medicine? Questions for you- Would you be interested in a purchase? Are you worried about logistics? Is this legal where you are? Questions for me- Is this legal and how can we grey market this product? How would distribution work? Sats prefered? How to setup in nostr marketplace? #asknostr #marketplace #cannabis #420

Your dad's onto something practical there. Does he find the topical thing actually works or is it more ritual at this point?
I dont think I can legally sell a product I processed containing THC without a processor and distribution license here in OK. Definitely can't distribute across state lines yet. Though I see people selling seed and other THC flower all the time. Risk vs Reward
It's technically either. I grow a legal number of fully organic cannabis plants, process them and have an abundance of flower, tincture, cannabis oil/butter. Im just trying to figure a way to exchange the abundance for sats
I've seen something like this in Colorado but was a physical building. Basically a commercial 420 hangout spot. Do you use this same structure to sell product online? Im just trying to swap sats for the abundance of my harvest.

A physical building does not have rights. What matters here is the agreement between sovereign individuals that are choosing to associate. So yes, this concept exists between people that do not physically meet. The key aspects are: 1. No laws are being broken. This does not mean codes, statutes, ordinances, etc. Those are not laws, they are part of the legal system. Laws cover acts of physical violence, violations of personal property (damage, theft), and acts against personal rights. For example, you and I aren't protected to freely associate if we're agreeing to kidnap someone, steal a car, prevent someone from speaking, etc. We can make an other agreement though; even if that agreement doesn't follow health codes, license requirements, or other infringements on our right to operate freely. 2. You are only making this agreement with people that have made a conscious decision to join in the agreement. This is what makes the agreement private. Otherwise, you are operating "in public", and subject to all the infringements included in the codes, statues, ordinances, regulations, etc of your jurisdictions. 3. This right to freely associate doesn't even need documents. However, if the system tries to challenge your right to freely associate, it will be easier to defend if you have documentation of the organization and evidence of the agreements between private parties. I think that's it. If I forgot an aspect, I'll do my best to add it to this thread.
Thank you for sharing this. What resources did you use to develop these? I'm exploring helping someone set up a PMA to facilitate various trade between members. My group is public facing so won't be PMA we'll just be an association but we'll funnel people to the PMA for private trade possibilities 🤔 currently my group is incubated by my LLC but apparently that's dumb and I should dissolve the LLC. 🤷‍♀️ It's all so trifling and complicated. image
