Paying for relays should be something like twitter bluecheck people should see understand the process and it's benefits. Here on nostr the problem of making a long database is that you can't even find the past notes easily like on Twitter for example, but if that could be found easily people should see more value on it.

Maybe some relays would be interested receiving by note payments from a 3rd party for longer storage time for cases like that? Of course there'd have to be disclaimers about no guarantees or whatever since it could be deleted.
