You can use the seedsigner to generate and handle as many keys as you wish. Including multi-sigs. But you can’t add keys to a multi-sig. they stay how you start them. (Eg 2of3, 4of6 etc)

I learned a lot by downloading sparrow wallet and just generating keys with that and seedsigner and playing around. You can generate and delete all you want.
Pi is closed source. Trying #Krux as the hardware is open source there. Though it's slightly harder to pull through.
Sparrow has to be some of the best software ever written. Powerful, simple excellent UI. And yes you learn Bitcoin as you use Sparrow. The workflow of signing a tx and broadcasting made Bitcoin click for me.
