For me 2025 was about getting well. Not quite there yet but making progress. General 26 goals will be about extending this, creating a bitcoin based business and refurbishing the roof of my house.
i was sick most this year, but big hopes for 2026!
i've always preferred new years' themes over resolutions ever since i've learned about them
for me my theme will be health, and my aligned resolution will be to plank each day with increasing difficulty
i have a number of sub-goals, or other things i want to do in 2026
- continue to be active on socials
- consume more libre content (CC0 art/music/etc, and FOSS video games)
- pursue my art/drawing
- learn a language (probably korean)

I think I said this before, but it would be cool to vibe code a nostr repository of 2026 goals that just publishes the hash of them to keep them private but would allow you to publish the input later if you achieve it and want to pat yourself on the back.

I haven't vibe coded too much but it seems do-able?
My 2025 goals were...
- ✅ continue exercise routines
- ✅ more pauses (intentional quick prayers to reconnect with God)
- ❌ increase fasting (slight decrease from last year)
- ✅ more time in the church
- ❌ writing
- ✅ increase in family devotions and church
- ✅ read more with the kiddos
