If you're living in Europe: I don't really know if there is hope other than migrating to the US and aiming for NH.
Maybe take a look at Liberstad (they looked promising aswell but I haven't kept up with that project) or Liechtenstein/Monaco?
Depending on how wealthy you are, take a look at the FreePrivateCities Foundation and all the projects.
There are some pockets of freedom loving communities out there, but they're small and probably not near you 🙃
