Haven’t done a physique update in awhile. Down to 207 pounds. With the weight loss, all of my lift numbers are down but I’ve transitioned to bodybuilding over powerlifting philosophies this past year. I rarely bench over 225, I stop my squat at 405 now, and I quit deadlifting altogether. Probably better for me long term with 50 knocking on the door.
My diet is pretty simple -- It's mainly meat or any and all protein I can get. Outside of that, the keto nut mix from Costco is one of my go to snacks. Still experimenting with peptides as well... right now I'm on week five running the KLOW stack and have been researching all of the newer stuff being reported on.
