Basically whoever is running 2fiat has found a way into the mastercard system, but it's not cheap -- it's a 6% fee to get funds in, right?

7% fee total but works well
Yeah, plus per-transaction fee. However, for the countries where Visa/MC stopped working (like Russia) this might be a good way to do international shopping.
