Taiwan Seminconductor (TSM) monopolizes making all the chips for bitmain or any competitors or any upstarts. I fail to see how below even addresses this problem.

What does this mean? Does it mean they will make effecient ASICs without TSM?
Would love to see a chip from Apple. Instead of fucking around with a car they should have built an ASIC
