Bluetooth has never been the solution; it's stupid.
The solution is satellite and radio (especially this) and specific hardware.
Bitcoin transactions can be transmitted by radio, which is truly permissionless and uncensored, but it's something that hasn't been taken very seriously because we live in fantasy worlds thinking that nothing will ever happen.
