It’s #smoker time! Going on shortly is a pork butt and a #brisket. Hopefully will be done by 12-2pm with an additional couple hours rest for the brisket in time for dinner. Been craving some #bbq and tomorrow will be worth the wait. #LowTimePreference #meatstr #proofofsteak #foodstr
