There is no way to argue that tether is non custodial. Tether is not resistant to surveillance and seizure. Idk why you would claim to be cypherpunk and seriously bring it up but I’ve learned you’re completely unserious.
There are way more people paying square merchants with lightning than there are Monero people (0 bc you’re a crybaby failure) or people using non custodial tether (also 0 and non existent)

And neither is Lightning, which is populated largely by people using similarly custodial services. The only difference is that people are actually using Tether. I’m not saying people should use Tether to do commerce, but the market has judged it significantly more useful than Lightning for that. I don’t understand how you continually do not understand this point.
