ideally i want tens or even hundreds of core forks running in parallel. independent souls will build to get around core’s limitations and impositions.

Sounds like a good way to destroy open source software that’s decentralized and secure. Getting people to not trust the open source rough consensus process that has created the most secure sound money in history serves no good purpose. Replacing ultra secure software with hundreds of versions where the average person has no idea what implementation to trust seems to me like an op to destroy Bitcoin.
