Yeah my apps without a database feel like half-assed monstrosities at times. No consistent UX due to relay connection stuff. I can’t as easily add features because I have to turn them into custom kinds.

it's a fundamental problem with nostr's relay model and has no easy solution, but we are building more half-assed apps instead of rethinking how we build the apps in the first place.
