It shows the count of people you follow and who they follow etc.

Whenever I try using Iris, my laptop starts heating up like crazy. Suggestions?

Now you have more options to fine-tune your feed experience. Notice that it's a local setting only (if you're using multiple clients). #[2]

On desktop I confirmed my username but it doesnt seem to be recognized on my mobile device. Both using Iris.

It's confirmed and working. You could try to quit & restart the app. It usually helps with cache issues. image

Have you tried to start muting from the notifications view and gradually work your way up to the main thread. You could try a cmd/ctrl + R refresh on the browser or quit & restart the app to refresh the cache and get the latest updates since the thread was already some hours ago.

It is a Costa Rica expression "Pura Vida" in spanish as #[2] said it has different meanings depends on the circunstances. It was adopted by the community since nostrica will be in Costa Rica.

That's exactly what I'm trying to do. Step 1 - press notifications button Step 2 - press one of the latest hellthread notifications in an attempt to reach the original thread Step 3 - wait indefinatelly for "looking up message This happens both in my mobile and laptop browser.

How about if you put the noteid on the search box or go directly to it on browser? Iris refused to register my username. it's also not working right now, on brave browser mobile. locks up.

Clicking the link retrieves the same "looking up message" Pasting ID in the search bar retrieves this thread (it's finding the id in your previous note) Also, for some reason, the only notifications I have now is this thread. Feel quite frustrated, I was bragging about how iris web was the best nostr experience so far. Guess the linits needed to be tested. Hope this exchange helps in any way. Thanks for all the support so far
