Yeah, but what I noticed yesterday was that it'd been a few days since I'd had any carbs and the last carbs were just like 5-6 grapes. So I must have been in pretty solid ketosis for some time. But then I decided it was time I cycle in some fruit and ate a couple of bananas. And wow did I literally get super angry and agitated, my whole body was so agitate, viscerally burning with inflamation and I was fuming. It was bizzare. Definitely not the best time to also log in and scroll through Nostr, that's for sure. 🤣 So I don't know if God was looking on me when I had that urge to eat a banana but even though I enjoyed it, it made me very angry.🤔

It’s a total myth that fruit is a “bad carb.” Fruit comes packed with essential nutrients and natural sugars like fructose—not the same as processed sugar. Plus, the fiber in fruit slows down sugar absorption, meaning it has little to no real impact on blood sugar levels. I always shake my head when doctors tell people with diabetes to avoid fruit. That’s just irresponsible.
