Originally, in America, the legal term "persons" was reserved for slaves as they were not considered "citizens" obviously. Today, you are all Persons, synonymous with 14th Amendment Statutory "U.S. citizen" ... the same STATUTORY congressionally-instituted "citizen" of the United States (federal - DoC) with ZERO actual G d-given rights; by virtue of the adhesion contracts you are party to (SS, Medicare, Driver, Spouse, Employer...etc).
