With a trainer. I totally could do it on my own though but I like the social aspect and not getting bumped from using a machine/set up.
I go to two gyms; one with a trainer and one without. I know what to do and how to do it. At the second gym it takes awhile to get the weights or machine I want and then I need to do 3 sets in a row because I’ll lose it if I alternate. It’s much harder to do a circuit or routine without a trainer. It’s nice not to have to work around what others are doing especially if they are just hanging out on the machine on their phones.
