Details. There were 8 users (npubs) with at least 3 zaps in the period Jan 16 -- 31.
Today the two lowest amount zaps were 18 and 38 sats (note: there was one with 35 but it's failing, still retrying).
Sorting the npubs by their 38th character gave the above winners.
