Why do you want to rebalance the channels on a self-custodial wallet with private channels? ( you don't need to have your channels balanced in this case, as you are not a routing node )

I had a test sessions with @saunter I thought you guys where working on balanced channels. ? Or has it been dropped? I think the having that option is still nice. ;)
