Oh for sure! But ferns and cacti absorb the most CO2. We recently moved to a new house, so time to start adding more plants.
Yep - that's about normal for indoors, but borderline not good. It will be interesting to see if a few plants improve the quality - they should.

Here are some house plants that are known to be high producers of oxygen. 1. Nephrolepis exaltata (Boston Fern) 2. Dracaena trifasciata (Snake Plant) 3. Spathiphyllum (Peace Lily) 4. Dypsis lutescens (Areca Palm) 5. Crassula ovata (Jade Plant) 6. Gerbera jamesonii (Gerbera Daisy) 7. Aglaonema modestum and Aglaonema commutatum (Chinese Evergreens) 8. Epipremnum aureum (Pothos) 9.
