People who "succeed" without generational wealth often do it as a result of their passion, and that’s what a lot of these "I gotta grind 24/7" young men don’t understand

Yes, I’m losercore, loserpunk, losercoded, I don’t mind. Life is better when you give up on delusions of grandeur, and that’s a great "cope", if you’re so willing to call it one.
My logic is very faulty, I'll admit, but did they learn to draw out of passion or because of some motivational speech? Could be both, but I keep seeing these guys trying to make into industries they absolute have zero passion for because they just want to make money. Luck appears to be a much bigger condition in that case.
During the pandemic, there was an insane number of people who wanted to get into coding and failed miserably. A lot of coders I know like coding, even if they hate their job or the projects and languages they work on. I myself hate my job, but I like what I do, though I'd never call myself successful because it's not the industry or the project I wanted to work on, and a lot of my professional "success" was more due to luck than anything else, I stopped playing "grind" 10 years ago.
