Love it. More of this please. Iโm curious and Iโd like to learn. Cause I want more babies and my woman needs to stay healthy. And your english is just perfect Thanks for sharing sending love to you and your family ๐งก๐ซ๐
How do these dates compare to medjool dates? They have always been my favorite! also yes Iโll also be drinking raspberry leaf + nettle tea for the rest of my life haha. I also like to add hibiscus and rose petals sometimes โค๏ธ๐น๐บ
Medjool dates โ Rich in natural sugars, fiber, potassium, and magnesium. They boost energy, support digestion, balance electrolytes, and nourish the nervous system.
Jujube dates โ High in vitamin C and antioxidants. They strengthen immunity, calm the nervous system, support sleep, and promote healthy blood and skin.
Love that for the tea! I add some lavender and anise ๐ซ
But how do the jujube taste in comparison?!
They are very different, a bit more crispy and taste like caramel
