Locals. I have contractor who is actually doing it with his crew. I was shown the technique 30 years on the first well i had dug on another property. This contractor while he normally builds homes has done this on his ranch as well.
Also done drilled wells and learn how to divine for water as a kid. Thats anninteresting rabbit hole in itself.
