According to the Nuremburg War Crimes Tribunal 1946:
If the government uses tax funds for illegal war or crimes against humanity, we should and can refuse to pay tax.

They broke every point of the Nuremberg Codex with the experimental gene therapy, those lines are not even worth the paper they have been written on
I read about a man in the UK that has successfully challenged the tax office on this basis. effectively they could not prove his taxes were not being used for war. can't remember if they refunded him, or if he simply withheld tax on those grounds.
