A buddy of mine (in his mid 60s) has been buying bitcoin for almost a year now. Was hesitant to put into cold storage because he isn’t very technologically apt. Calls me today and wants to meet this weekend to talk about cold storage options. Any recommendations #asknostr
Was going to recommend a Bitkey as his wife wants to be able to have access if something were to happen to him and I know they have good measures in place for that.

I had friends reach out this week with the same question. The Bitkey ($150) is kind of pricey but it is what I recommended since it's easy to sign in and no seed phrase needed for the less tech savvy. But the Trezor Safe 3 looks like a good one as well and I think what they are choosing.
I’ll have to check that out. Haven’t used a trezor before but have heard good things. Thanks dude!
I hadn’t looked at the hardware market in quite some time. The reviews are great on the Safe 3 and Trezor is reputable.
Consider multi sig unchained or casa. Imho... better to have multi keys with generational inheritance support than a single key/seed.
Coinkite’s Coldcard Q
I really like CC but not sure he could use sparrow.
Bitkey is a smart choice considering they are new and not techy. The cold card may be the better hardware technically, but they are not ready for that and probably never will be.
