Everyone at work as at their limit. 2025 hasn’t been kind to any of us at work. Mass walks outs, few rehires, rehires that happened quit/resigned quickly. Lack of parts/resources and managerial incompetence. Something has to give and soon. 😪

I see a lot of incompetence in the last months. Too many new people with no training and no experience. I can feel it will be a deadly disaster.
