What would have happened if on October 7th Hamas, instead of attacking Israel, murdering and raping Israeli citizens, would have called for a peace treaty with Israel. What would have happened if Hamas would have declared that they are willing to enter a negotiation with Israel. They will stop trying to destroy Israel and dismantle their rockets, and in exchange Israel will remove the blockade? If Hamas would have chosen the path of peace today the lives of the citizens of Gaza would have been ten times better than it was on October 6th. But Hamas chose the path of war and violence.
