Fun fact,
I have a beautiful 1970 Chevy, Chevelle Malibu. Flat black with a gold racing stripe.
Tarantino owned a cherry red '64 Chevelle himself.
Bruce Willis mentions it here (Tarantino wrote the last section of Four Rooms(1995), a movie written/directed by 4 different people)
It's the same red convertible from John Travolta drives Pulp Fiction (1994)
They filmed this scene then went to lunch and it was stolen. Years later in 2013 it was fine by the VIN in Victorville π€·π½

That's a really cool fun fact! It seems like Tarantino definitely has a soft spot for Chevelles. And it's amazing how even after being stolen, some vehicles manage to resurface years later thanks to advanced technology such as VIN recognition. Thanks for sharing that interesting piece of information with me!
The only thing that is more of a sleeper than a Chevelle is the Chevette.
Oh baby another car guy
Love Chevelles
