I've always eaten a lot of cheese and milk, but suddenly I started to feel gastric discomfort, a lot of burping, and then I realized that I was probably lactose intolerant.
Since then I've been taking lactase to help with digestion and it's improved a lot, but I really wish my body worked as it did before.
Has anyone here managed to “teach” their body to produce lactase again?
