The hardest thing for me is that mining is a very simple process in Bitcoin. Hash a block with a random number. Do it as fast as you can. The Monero community seems to have no solid resources for understanding HOW RandomX actually works. I have seen it uses integer math and floating point math which...okay, so how is it ASIC resistant? I get wishy washy "non optimized performance" cool but, like why? I'm not saying there isn't an answer it's just not immediately obvious what it is. Plus every 30 minute Monero video starts with 20 minutes of how bitcoin sucks or whatever. Again cool but, how about you just give me the information I asked for: HOW THE SHIT WORKS.
If I find an informal Monero video that is short, and explains on how RandomX works I will be sure to send it to you.
