Wheres the bill and what does it say?
Chmmm. Does this serve two purposes: 1. Spread the general talking points about Bitcoin. Any talks spread the general awareness. 2. Pull the not worthy enough ones on a rug, so they could be rugged later if they do not step off in time. Had there been no covid, I would say poor those who did not have an opportunity to learn bitcoin earlier and that they do not deserve to be rugged. But having lived through covid, whoever failed to find the right path by now, deserves to be rugged. No mercy for them. Either they are rugged or they will retain too much power.
