Cause you know how to pick them, right?! Just chop the whole grass stem off 😂

Yeah I have the perfect way. Do 2 slashes on the stem side where you want it to fall towards in the shape of an X. This creates a structural weak spot in the stem. They you just pull the bunch over & guide it's slow fall to the ground. I've damaged so many bananas just hacking the bunch down too quickly from the back. This way is much more gentle & slow but still easy.
