Guys I'm an idiot - does the Coinbase wallet have lightning? I know it's not ideal but is this possible to hook up as someone's LN address in nostr just to keep things simple? #asknostr

Even if it had, Coinbase requires KYC, which is horrible. Friends don't let friends KYC themselves.
