After working for so long in Southeast Asia, and now living in Japan for the past 4 months I’m starting to miss chilli’s. The food here is awesome but not really spicy at all.

I like a bit of heat, South East Asian and Indian food are fantastic.
I’ve been working in Vietnam, korea, Indonesia, and Cambodia, so Japan is a big change
I can imagine, great opportunity to try new things.
I love Japanese food but I miss the spice
