It literally costs you more to send it then I would receive. Unless you think 1 sat zaps are free. The message was to the people who thought they were being cute by zapping me 1 sat because I said I find zaps to be foolish to begin with, let alone when sent in such small quantities.

oh yeah that's true i don't know how people can be sending out the 1-sat zaps, when the fee is like 2+ sats i appreciate them! but i don't get it at all 😹

Thank you, I am glad I’m not the only one. Theee was a discussion yesterday about the dangers of having a per post zap option, showing everyone who zapped you and how much, which can lead to people being unauthentic or doing stupid shit they think will earn them zaps for. I equate it to tossing some change in a guitar case of someone playing music, usually in underground train stations or the like. That was value for value before the term became trendy. If you want to zap someone, there should only be one place to do it, on their profile page, with only the recipient receiving the details about how much was sent and by who. That would keep people honest and save me the trouble of muting these people when they come across my feed, hehe.
