Mostly true. S Korea is on Kakao, China is on WeChat, I don't know about Russia because I haven't been there (guessing telegram), but where Whatsapp is dominant, it's really truly dominant (South America, most of Europe, Middle East and Africa). As in, nobody has anything else. View quoted note →
