I was reading in my Bible about Jesus’s appearances after His resurrection and saw a connection to Genesis.
“And when He had said this, He breathed on them and *said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit.” (John 20:22)
and
“Then the Lord God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.” (Genesis 2:7)
In Genesis, God breathed life into man. In John God breathed life into the church. Jesus is God and He gives life by His breath.
